Bryonia Alba is a homeopathic remedy prepared from white bryony (Bryonia alba), a climbing vine native to Europe. This is the keynote of Bryonia - patients want to lie perfectly still because any movement aggravates their condition. The cough is dry, painful, and the patient must hold their chest or sides to prevent movement that causes pain.
